Robert Ingpen's original design of an image of Australian Rules footballer, Wayne Carey. The image is included in a tapestry celebrating 150 years of performances and events on the MCG. 'King' Carey was a powerful, match-winning, centre half-forward, who played 244 games, kicked 671 goals, and won four club Best & Fairest awards for the North Melbourne Football Club between 1989 and 2001. He played one season, 2003, for the Adelaide Crows, where he kicked his 700th league goal.
