Wave-like balcony of Court View, Oval Maidan

View of the wave-like balcony with relief work inspired by tropical imagery. Court View is an Art Deco style apartment building that was originally known as Rusi Court. It was designed by Maneckji Dalal of Merwanji Bana & Co with consulting architect G. B. Mhatre.

This Art Deco building is a part of 'The Victorian Gothic and Art Deco Ensembles of Mumbai', a UNESCO World Heritage Site that was inscribed to the list on June 30, 2018.
