Ivory silk wedding gown, with a pleated bodice, a tulle bodice insert with stand up collar, trimmed with Brussels lace. Accompanied by its original trousseau that includes white kidskin gloves, silk stockings, an embroidered lingerie bag, a silk handkerchief with hairpin lace, an embroidered silk chemise trimmed in a bobbin lace, silk satin embroidered shoes with Louis heels, and a white tulle veil. Associated items: an original photo of the bride and an old (c. 1930s) shipping tag from a Mrs. H.P. Alexander in Wellesley, Mass. to a Miss Helen P. Safford in N.Y. City.
