A floor length white wedding dress, featuring an empire waistline, a square neckline, mid-arm plain sleeves and a center-back hidden zipper. The dress was originally white but now is a faded beige color. The bust and front skirt are embroidered with tarnished gold and metallic thread, with the pattern showing symmetrical flower wreaths and Arabic calligraphy. In the center front, at navel level, can be seen an embroidered tughra, a calligraphic monogram of a specific Ottoman Sultan. This one dates back to the 18th century, and features the Tughra's basic elements: two loops on the left, three vertical strokes in the center top, stacked writing on the center bottom and two extending strokes to the right. On each side of the Tughra's top, are featured an embroidered star encircled by a crescent moon.
