Screen having as background, on the upper left side, a red drapery. Just below, a little angel in profile, naked, with ruddy cheeks, short light brown hair, carrying a tray with devotional trinkets, walking towards D. Pedro I and D. Leopoldina, who are on the right. These are kneeling on a red cushion with golden tassels. Dom Pedro with his head turned slightly to the left, black hair and whiskers. He wears a black uniform with white pants and long boots, the Golden Fleece hangs from his neck, on his chest, three commendations and a band in green, red, blue, white and yellow. Left hand flexed to the chest, right holding a medal. D. Leopoldina, by her side, wears a long blue dress with a nude neck and long white sleeves. Hair tied in a bun with a pearly crown. Expresses serious look on the right. Arms crossed across the chest. In front of her, on the floor, an object appearing to be a bulging metal censer, supported by three feet. On the right, altar with four candlesticks with long candles and three small vases of flowers. Inside the oratory, image of Our Lady crowned, wearing a blue dress, white veil with folded hands. Gilded wood frame with a golden metal plaque at the bottom with the inscription: "Domingos Clementino/28-6-1820". On the back of the canvas, illegible inscription: "Sundays. . . . . /. . . . . 1820/day 28 de/J. . . . . do. . . . /Sº. . . . DL. . . . São /. . . . . . . . /for your blessing from/Felipe Neri".
