Why would a White House Chef make a guest burgers and fries?!

Chef Mongiello often would surprise world leaders with his inappropriate, daring and whimsical items. His Burgers and Fries entry often would be used casually, under his breath, to initially trigger angst or dismay from a diplomat, star or icon. His design always was to work a person up, emotionally and negatively, and then to alleviate their chagrin with a surprise such this. He makes the burgers with Nilla Wafers and uses hand-cut brownies for the, "burger." His French Fries are made from sugar cookie dough and he custom designs the red and white striped fry holders.
