This bust of Victoria is represented with outstretched wings and face is slightly tilted to the left. She is dressed in chlamys that crosses the thorax diagonally exposing her right breast. The face has hollow eyes that should be filled with glass paste or metal (silver).
We can compare this piece with the Greek aesthetics of the V century B.C. and IV century B.C. or Roman sculptures, because of the stylistic perfection. This figure could have been applied to the base of the statue of an emperor.
