Knitted from white cotton thread. Decorated with stringed and interwoven multicolored beads that form flowers and leaves. The beads interwoven under the knees, around the ankles like an anklet, grivna, and over the instep. The top of the leg welted with knitted lace. Worn by brides or girls of marriagable age, but only in towns. Knitted in 1885 in the Cenić family. They were exclusively made to order and only by a small number of women. Knitted using garter stitch. Gradually decreased along the calf, with a winding stripe between the decreases done using the moss stitch technique. The heel is done using the karanfil peta (“carnation heel”) technique. Length: 67 cm; foot length: 22 cm.
