Woodruff Family collection at the American Jazz Museum

In mid-summer Shawn Hughes, great nephew of Hale Woodruff, and Mamie Hughes, Woodruff’s niece, were photographed at the American Jazz Museum with a charcoal and pencil gift from Woodruff to the Mamie and Leonard Hughes, Jr., Collection. The work was part of the museum’s “Hail to Hale” exhibition.
