A century ago, standard equipment for surfers was a solid timber surfboard and a woollen one piece suit. This swimsuit belonged to Victorian surfing pioneer Louis Whyte and and was discovered at “The Heights”, Louis’s family home in Geelong, a National Trust listed property.
