Honma-san working at the Tonburi (field caviar) Processing Factory. 〇〇-san works with students and teaches techniques to raise and process tonburi at local elementary and junior high schools. Now that production has decreased nationwide and in the northern part of Akita Prefecture, it has remained only the area around Odate City since World War II, the techniques have been passed on to the next generation.
