Yodae (Wide Military Belt)

Yodae is a wide military belt that was used over jeonbok (sleeveless military overcoat) 戰服 of gunbok (a type of military uniform). The cavalry as well as military officers and officials on horseback wore yodae under jeondae (military band) to protect abdomen. Yodae was sometimes used over cheolik (military robe with pleated skirt) of yungbok (a type of military uniform).
