Zalacaín restaurant dining room

Zalacaín was the first Spanish restaurant to obtain 3 Michelin Stars. With a history dating back to 1973, it is synonymous with elegance, excellence and tradition. After closing its doors as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, it reopened in 2021 by the Urrechu group. The new Zalacaín maintains the iconic dishes and almost all the equipment from its previous stage.
