Ōtsuka knife forgingThe Ōtsuka Knife Workshop is located in a residential area. Here third-generation blacksmith, Yoshifumi Ōtsuka, continues to make knives. In the past many smithies could be seen around Tottori Prefecture but now only two, including Mr. Ōtsuka’s, remain.
