The fibula has a lamellar disk-shield with a circular hole in the center. Along the edge and around the opening the outer surface is decorated with two rows of filigree and granulation. Two small round inserts of turquoise and a silver ball complete the decor.
A hinged needle divides the disk into equal parts.
