Ayagawa is a town located in Ayauta District, Kagawa Prefecture, Japan.
The town was founded on March 21, 2006 from the merger of the towns of Ayakami and Ryōnan, both from Ayauta District.
As of September 2011, the town has an estimated population of 25,294. The total area is 109.67 km².
