Shima is a city in Mie Prefecture, Japan. As of 31 July 2021, the city had an estimated population of 47,774 in 22,788 households and a population density of 270 persons per km². The total area of the city is 179.67 square kilometres. Shima hosted the 2016 G7 Summit.
