Noyabrsk

Noyabrsk is the second largest city in Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Russia, located in the middle of the West Siberian oil fields, on the Tyumen–Novy Urengoy railway about 300 kilometers north of Surgut. Population: 110,620.
