Asociación de Amigos del MAP

La Asociación de AMIGOSMAP surgió como consecuencia de la necesidad de contar con la participación de la sociedad civil, para crear una institución permanente, destinada a la revaloración y promoción del arte popular mexicano.

A lo largo de los años, los AMIGOSMAP han creado programas que promueven el rescate de técnicas artesanales en riesgo de extinción y el desarrollo social de las comunidades productoras.

Nuestra misión es la de impulsar la valoración del artesano mexicano y del arte popular a través de diversas iniciativas.

The AMIGOSMAP Association arose as a result of the need to have the participation of civil society, to create a permanent institution, destined to the revaluation and promotion of Mexican popular art.

Over the years, the AMIGOSMAPs have created programs that promote the rescue of artisanal techniques at risk of extinction and the social development of the producing communities.

Our mission is to promote the appreciation of the Mexican artisan and popular art through various initiatives.
