Intercéréales is the interprofession of cereals: soft wheat, durum wheat, barley, corn, oats, triticale, rye, sorghum and rice. It brings together the French professional organizations representing the sector in the production, collection & marketing and primary processing sectors.
Intercéréales was officially recognized by the Public Authorities by decree of December 19, 2003. They have noted the major interest of this organization and support its action by making it compulsory for all professionals to apply the agreements concluded within this interprofession.
Intercéréales is a place of exchange between professionals and its objective is the development of the cereal industry in France, in the interest of all the links in the sector.
