RIAK: Recording Industry Association of Korea

RIAK (Recording Industry Association of Korea) is a non-profit organization with the purpose of contributing to the development of the music industry and public culture by protecting the rights of recording producers, facilitating mutual exchange between members, activate trust management of rights of music publishers’ copyright and lawful distribution, pursuing smooth and fair use of music downloads, improve recognition of users, and preventing illegal markets in the rapidly changing digital technology and internet environment as a group of managing the music publisher.
