The homegrown eatery offers a one-of-a-kind menu inspired by local ingredients sourced from organic farms and fresh markets. "We take it as a daily challenge to present this slightly unknown ingredient in a way that would match any high-end dining experience.” Omar Shihab said.
As part of its commitment to sustainability, BOCA implemented a number of initiatives besides sourcing locally. The restaurant uses solar panels to generate 100% renewable energy. It also has an extensive waste management and recycling program in place.

The award-winning restaurant offers a fine culinary experience with a menu that combines fresh elements from the Spanish heritage and the rarity of UAE desert gems to introduce sophisticated dishes.
The spotlight dishes are GARDEN IN THE DESERT, which consists of 5-day aged local beetroot topped with native UAE desert plants. Another twist of uniqueness is the pickled khansour blooms and salty Seedaf vinaigrette with Dibba Bay oysters.
