Opening of the Center for Native Arts and Culture

In May 2022 over 300 people attended an all ages Open House at the Center and took part in art making, storytelling, canoe carving and performances.

The opening event included sharing, blessings, storytelling and performances marking the official public opening of the Center for Native Arts and Cultures.

Kaleinani O Ke Kukui is a Hawaiian Cultural Center in Vancouver that offers hula, ukulele, Polynesian dance, drumming and Hawaiian language classes. The school is family-owned and remains connected to its roots back on the island of Oʻahu.
