Verkhovyna National Nature Park

Walk through the most hard-to-reach national park in Ukraine

Verkhovyna Park has some of the most unspoiled natural beauty in Ukraine, as this part of the Carpathian Mountains is quite hard to reach.

On the slopes of the ridges, there are outcrops of Jurassic limestone blocks, which create exotic landscapes. The most valuable primeval forests and subalpine meadows grow here, and the sources of the White and Black Cheremosh Rivers are located here.

Verkhovyna is also the center of Hutsul culture, represented by local crafts and museums.
