What is the Drawings cabinet?
The Drawings Cabinet belongs to the Department of Drawing and Engraving of the Faculty of Fine Arts. It was founded in 1997 in order to preserve and catalog the drawings made by students since 1966, when they began to be collected.

The collection also contains several previous historical drawings from the San Fernando Higher School of Fine Arts, which were made during the formative stage of the artists. We can see some of them below.

The set of anatomical drawings of the collection is also quite remarkable. These, which were also created out by students during their formative stage, focus on arthrology (joints), osteology (bones) and myology (muscles).
