Evalyn Atkinson honored Raymond "Lee" Johnson, a volunteer for the Social Security Administration on the first floor of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building. Lee was a member of the Seminole Nation, active in several American Indian organizations and was in the National Guard.

Kerah Ward honored Larry James Jones, a computer program specialist for the Federal Highway Administration on the fourth floor of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building. Larry spent his spare time coaching youth football and soccer, and loved Star Trek, Corvettes, and computers.
