Mts. Timpoong-Hibok-Hibok Natural Monument
The Mt. Timpoong-Hibok-Hibok National Park is composed of two mountains: Mt. Timpoong and Mt. Hibok-Hibok, which is an active volcano located in the northwest area of the island.

Habitats
The park has five major habitats: grassland or brushland, upland wetland or freshwater habitat, mossy forest, dipterocarp forest, and a crater lake. The presence of these various habitat types resulted in the natural monument’s high level of endemism and species diversity.
Unique Fauna
Philippine hanging parakeet (Loriculus philippensis), Camiguin forest mouse (Apomys camiguinensis), Camiguin forest rat (Bullimus gamay), Camiguin hanging parrot (Loriculus camiguinensis), Camiguin hawk-owl (Ninox leventisi), writhed hornbill (Rhabdotorrhinus leucocephalus), Mindanao shrew (Crocidura beatus), Camiguin narrow-mouthed frog (Aphantophryne nana), and small rufous horseshoe bat (Rhinolophus subrufus)
Aside from pristine white sand beaches, hot springs, and pools, the protected area also boasts of waterfalls (Katibawasan, Binangawan, and Tuasan Falls), rivers (Sagay and Binagawan River), hot and cold springs such as Ardent and Santo Niño, forests, grasslands, and brush lands.
