Hamad AlHosani and the Sea
An excursion from his hometown of Al Ain to Dibba Fujairah in 2007 sparked his interest in exploring the sea. He immediately trained and obtained his diving license so that he could take his camera and dive into the ocean to reveal the secrets of marine life.
Hamad AlHosani, an Emirati photographer specializing in underwater photography and documentary production, is known for highlighting scientific facts about marine life. He worked closely with scientific photographers on that and attended workshops to expand his knowledge.

Before embarking on a shooting expedition, he thoroughly researches and learns about the area and its marine life, resulting in creatively-shot images that express a deeper narrative with precise scientific information. That is what distinguishes him from other photographers.
