Candide featured a cast of actors, the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, and the Atlanta Symphony Chorus in this historic Alliance Theatre/Atlanta Symphony Orchestra co-production running from May 9-20, 2018.
Gluck's "Orfeo" with Glo
The May 11, 2017 premiere of Gluck's Orfeo depicted a beautiful visualization between the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, artist Daniel Arsham, and Glo. This event featured Maestro Robert Spano conducting Christoph Willibald Gluck’s 1762 opera featuring 157 artists.
Glo is a generative platform whose collaborative laboratory builds relationships, mixes identities and recognizes new possibilities through experimental works that induce vulnerability through constructed migrations of movement and community.
Tiny Doors ATL
The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra partners with #TinyDoorsATL to present a musically inspired door outside Atlanta Symphony Hall. This tiny door has plenty of keys and took about 55 hours to create, including 15 hours on the 40 sq ft mural.

Justin Blalock - Atlanta Falcons
Atlanta Falcons Offensive Guard Justin Blalock partnered with the ASO as a spokesman for music education during its "When I Play Music" campaign.
Mr. Blalock, who grew up playing tuba in his early years, and continues to play drums and guitar, recognizes the importance of both music education and sports on children.

Wynton Marsalis
American trumpeter and artistic director of Jazz at Lincoln Center, Wynton Marsalis is known for his educational endeavors promoting music to younger audiences. Mr. Marsalis has taken numerous opportunities to speak and encourage members of the ASO Talent Development Program.
