They are group of  physical and mental functional characteristics, which influence the physical structure and function of the body and mind. Ginger Oil helps in pacifying Vata and Kapha. It is hot in potency, and it is best used for healing muscle aches and sinus clearing. Apart from being massaged on skin, it can also be taken orally to reduce pain and degeneration. However, one should always take consultation from a medical practitioner before use.

The part used is the Rhizome.

Bring it to a boil.

Add the crushed ginger paste to the hot vessel.

On high flame cook the mixture.
Keep moving the mixture to avoid burning.

Boil until you see the ginger mixture is solidifying. Keep stirring.

Turn it off when ginger has solidified and is brown in colour.
