The hunting lodge was built in 1909 in the White Lake tract Pereyaslav-Khmelnytskyi district of Kyiv region. Once, the lodge was a place for a several-day hunt stay. In 1968, the house was transported to the Pereyaslav Museum of Folk Architecture and Life and later reconstructed.

The house interiors were recreated in a so-called hunting style with few decorative elements. The lodge is an example of a typical early XX-century countryside house, including a living room, a dining room, two bedrooms, and a guest room.

It is rich in antique furniture. In the bedroom and living room for guests, you will find a set from the late XVIII century. The living room has pieces from the late XIX century, including a grand piano with relief carvings, and a large mirror in a wooden carved frame.

The dining room is bright and leads to the veranda that has a large folding carved table and buffets handmade by folk masters of the XIX century. By the entrance, the visitors are greeted by the medieval knights sculptures made by Dutch masters of the XVIII century.

Currently, the house is a part of the Pereyaslav National Historical and Ethnographic Reserve. Here you can enjoy the natural scenery of the White Lake tract as it was pictured in the early XX century with flower beds – a decorated fountain, a lake, and a birch alley.
