Karahundj

4200 BCE Observatory Stones, Sissian, Armenia.  Also known locally as Zorats Karer (Warrior Stones), its history is disputed among archaeologists and astronomical historians.  Archaeologists suggest its origins around 2000 BCE, while astronomical historians point to a key stone that pointed to the star Capella ascendant above the site around 4200 BCE.
