Islamic religious art prohibit the representation of human art while Christian religious art represent the human forms of God and all the saints. Islamic art use depictions of patterns and calligraphy, such as the use of geometrical floral or vegetal designs in repetition known as arabesque.
The Islams used prayer rug, silk clothes, Caftans, shawls, mosque lamps, silver mirrors. Islamic art represent the civilizations that was formed by both historical circumstances and the conquest of the Arabs toward the whole Ancient World

In the secular (non-religious) luxury Islamic arts they allowed expensive mosaic tiles, rugs and different repetitive decorations of pattern which reflects their wealth.
