Recognize anything?!

My degree is in special education. I have been around children with special needs for many years and I look forward to having a career teaching them. For my exhibition, I have put together images that I feel would be  helpful for students with or without disabilities to look at and recognize in everyday life. If this exhibition were out, I feel it would be a good field trip for young students to attend with or without disabilities.

The Bedroom, Vincent van Gogh, October 1888, From the collection of: Van Gogh Museum
This image of a bedroom can be recognizable to any student. They can recognize that they start and end their day here.
Performance Image, From the collection of: Biennale of Sydney
I chose this image of a little girl painting because it can be recognized as something they do for fun and at school to learn.
Gabrielle and Jean, Auguste Renoir, 1895 - 1896, From the collection of: Musée de l'Orangerie
What can you see in this image? I believe a child can recognize love from someone they care about. Mother, grandmother, aunt, etc. They can see a relationship that they have on a daily basis.
The Copley Family, John Singleton Copley, 1776/1777, From the collection of: National Gallery of Art, Washington DC
FAMILY. A child, although the family is in different style clothing, can see a family sitting together. They may recognize this as every day or maybe even a holiday get together.
A Young Girl and Her Dog, REYNOLDS, Joshua, 1780, From the collection of: Tokyo Fuji Art Museum
A child and her pet. Dogs are as lovable as humans at times. whatever the pet may be, a child can see the love they have for their pet and that their pet has for them.
Ducklings, John Everett Millais, 1889, From the collection of: The National Museum of Western Art, Tokyo
A little girl looking at this painting may see herself, or a friend, or maybe a sister. A little boy may see a sister or a friend. Ether way, a child can see a little girl and think of many ways they come in contact with them on a daily basis.
Portrait of Camille Roulin, Vincent van Gogh, November 1888 - December 1888, From the collection of: Van Gogh Museum
Same as the previous picture, a make child can recognize himself, a brother, or friend. A little girl may recognize a friend or a brother. Children can recognize how they come in contact with other boys and girls throughout the day.
Still Life, Liu Ye, 2003, From the collection of: Today Art Museum
When a child looks at this I think they would be able to recognize blocks out of a box. Something they play with at school to learn and at home for fun. Sometimes used as a reward
Playing with mum and dad in the pool, Ohmmar Coates, 1985, From the collection of: The International Museum of Children's Art
SUMMER. The most popular season for children and its approaching. They can see the fun they will get to have daily when school is let out.
