"The Music Lesson" I was really dawn into this painting because of the dark blue carpet and how you look closer toward the wall it turns into almost black because of the low lighting depicted in the room. This Painting done by Johannes Vermeer between 1662 and 1665 is of a woman and Gentleman in room with a cello laying on the floor by a chair, as of the tittle "The Music Lesson" you can tell the artist was trying to capture imply that this was how a normal music lesson would possibly be conducted.
