This is a blue tin Jug painted with lighter shade of blue accents with three large medallions with a figure of Orpheus playing a lute, and Elisha with a turban and a long beard on the other end of it. Its was believed to be crated in 1536 due to the date on the jug by an unknown artist out of italy
"The Music Lesson" I was really dawn into this painting because of the dark blue carpet and how you look closer toward the wall it turns into almost black because of the low lighting depicted in the room. This Painting done by Johannes Vermeer between 1662 and 1665 is of a woman and Gentleman in room with a cello laying on the floor by a chair, as of the tittle "The Music Lesson" you can tell the artist was trying to capture imply that this was how a normal music lesson would possibly be conducted.
This next piece was created for Terry Riley's Seminal in 1964 "In C" its simple consists of three short lines of music with the quote "For Carrigie Hall, with great appreciation" - Terry Riley. the words are highlight by three different colors which is what really gives the piece its "art I feel and one those simple yet beautiful works of art.
"Music Hall Interior" is a painting done around 1897 and 1899 by Ricard Canals, is a depiction of a gentleman playing on stage and showing a woman sitting at table listening to this man play. The artist uses a blue color to highlight the woman almost as if he was trying to imply the womans beauty is the abstract of the art.
"Beauties Playing Music" done in 1891 by Watababe Nobukazu is a Woodblock Print painting of three woman, one playing a flute another what looks to be some sort of string slid instrument and other hold a music box. The art has almost a peaceful tone to it specially because of the beautiful landscape and the very cooling blues used in the dresses, sky and other parts of the art.
The "Small Music Boy" kind of hit home mostly because its painting done by Michalela Prochazkova, a child, and its a picture of a young boy playing a blue drum from what it seem. Its not only cute but extremely colorful and I like that the blue in the drum makes it stand out from the red and orange background.
The Musical Group on a Balcony, is pretty much explains itself. I feature musicians gathered around a balcony under the blue sky singing and other playing a mandolin dressed very much in festive sort of attire.
This Painting done is 1502 by Bernardino is Mary sanding in the door way with two what seems to be fearing children surround with angels singing while one plays a mandolin and another the violin. As in the picture before the sky is beautifully painted blue and Mary dressed in a dark blue robe really making stand out in the picture against the light blue skies
Guitar on the Table a Oil painting done by Juan Gris is a abstract guitar that is laying on a wooden table. Created in 1915 the guitar actually seems to be painted in parts on sheets of music two which you can see was once blank sheet music. the guitar portion on the papers are painted in blue with the white outline of the actual guitar which really draws your attention allowing you to clearly see the guitar.
Emily and George Mason, created between 1794 and 1795 by William Devis is of two girls one laying on a stool holding a musket while the other stands tall playing a tambourine. In the background you see a older couple conversing from what it seems the room is painted in a blue hue giving the room a very peaceful sense and the girls bows on there dresses are a bright blue giving them a very inocent look
