Art Institute of chicago

These are all from the art institute of Chicago. They all have to do with some type of place.  They all have a lot of value and texture and shapes. Most of them have color. They all have like a old fashioned type style. Like a 19th and early 20th century type feel.

It's night, there's a couple at the bar and a lonely man at the side. He uses value to shade in parts to let people know it's night, He uses color to add brightness in the bar, he uses texture to make it look bold
The're people and pets by the water. They're all looking in the same direction. He uses texture to give it a soft calm look, he uses color to make it look a little bright and value to add shadows.
