Bronze was mostly used for armor and weapons, but it had a lot of other uses. Like making bells similar to the one shown here. It was a pride possession of China and was used very often. Bronze was a combination of copper and tin making it durable and strong.
Calligraphy was the art of writing with a brush and ink. Each combination of strokes are used to represent a thought or idea. It was taught to Chinese children at the age of six. It was a beautiful form of art and was even used to describe paintings.
