Does it matter?
by David Macon
Nihilism The piles of skulls and the lifeless background represents how reality is meaningless. The emptiness of this setting demonstrates how humanity and nothing else matters
Existentialism This scared soldier is standing watch on his post, but he is facing an inevitable death. Although he is frightened, he is not afraid to die with honor.
Absurdism Even though there is no reason to make monsters, this man continues to sleep. Despite the outcome, he is not trying to find a reason to not sleep.
Contrast Even though this couple seems to not lead the best of lives, they appear to be dedicated to each other. Their inner love for each other, is their reason to live.
