I am comparing Thomas Cole to Edward Lear because they both paint really good landscapes.
I like this painting because it reminds me of what heaven would be like. Also it makes me feel like I am a caveman.
Cole was born in Bolton, England. He most likely got his drawings from landmarks in England.
I like this painting because it reminds me of Jurassic park .
Cole primarily painted landscapes but he also painted allegorical works.
This picture also reminds me of Jurassic Park too. That is why I like this picture too.
Cole also drew sketches, 2,500 sketches are at the Detroit Institute Of Art.
