Elements of art
I have neither given nor received unauthorized aid on this work. Sarah Alhajli
The lines in this picture are very thick and dark. The lines are curved, diagonal, vertical, and horizontal. There are also implied lines at the top of the picture.
The texture looks sharp, It also looks bumpy, rough, and coarse.
You can see negative space in the sky. There is also distance on the land (mountains/ground). The occupied space is where the flower is.
There are mostly dark colors and some light colors like black, blue, yellow, white, and brown.
The shapes are geometric like squares, circles, ovals, diamonds, rectangles, and triangles. The image also looks two dimensional.
The trees form looks three dimensional, it has a lot of depth, and it is also realistic. The form is organic, because the shapes are irregular.
Value makes the picture look 3D. There is a transition of light to dark on the fruit, because there is light shining on it. The table is also shaded, as well as the pots.
