The lost & The Found

The painting created by Edvard Munch greatly uses the basic elements of art. Through out the painting, you can see the "lines" that stroke throughout the canvas, like how it is used in the water and the beach. In addition how the man blends in the background but the girl appears to standing out (Contrast).                                                                                                     In the second painting, "Study of Two Warriors' Heads for the Battle..." by Leonardo Da Vinci, it uses two basic elements of art. Just like the previous image, it uses different variations of "Line" in order to create the two the two faces. You are able to see the way it's used such as the thickness on the shoulders and head. In addition to Lines, it uses "value". Shading in specific parts to add more depth, such as the shadow.
