This is a picture of a marble sculpture of the second version of Theseus and the Minotaur. This sculpture was created by Antoine-Louis Barye. Now it is kept in The Walters Art Museum. This was modeled in 1843 and the first cast of the second version in 1857. It was sculpted and casted to show the battle wear Theseus tries to slay the minotaur.
