The J. paul Getty Museum

I chose the J. Paul Getty Museum because it is a museum I have done some research on before and they hold a lot of pieces of work from artists that I am familiar with. The museum is also based out of Los Angeles, California and is a widely visited tourist attraction for thousands of people every year. The link to each piece of artwork in this gallery can be found at the www.getty.edu/museum/ website.

I like this piece of artwork because it was painted by one of my all-time favorite artists, Paul Cezanne. He is famous for his "orange/fruit" paintings and this is another prime example of his work.
This painting is also by one of my favorite artists, Vincent van Gogh. I love this painting in particular because of its unique brush strokes and vibrant colors. The use of color choice is unique for van Gogh.
This piece of artwork was interesting to me not only because of the landscape but by the title as well; Town of Cava Kingdom. This portrait tells a story to me of a Kingdom and truly speaks for itself.
