This uses the nudity of Greek art to express godliness, but there is also implied lines and shape in the drawing.
Here, we having lighting as an important theme. William Blake uses light as line, the light at the bottom left of the painting creates a line directly towards his the main characters head.
Vast light and varying color sets this portrait apart. the highlights in the both the sky and in the water, and also the shape in the buildings are what capture the eye.
This looks like metal point drawing, this was inscribed in graphite and it has lines that are emphasized and they stand out.
