Military life

My exhibit is about the military. All of the following works brought to me some kind of memory of whenever I was in the service. Some of them good and some of them are not so good. It is always a good reminder of what you have been through and what others might be going through.

This work reminds me of the days when I was deployed. Some days you just feel like a zombie and you are all broken.
This piece of work reminds me of the inside of an amphibious assault ship. I'm not really sure why though, was just my first thought when I saw this.
This reminded me of all the letters I use to receive whenever I was deployed. That was one of the greatest times, receiving letters.
This one was just kinda funny. They way that soldiers use to fight back in the day.
This reminded me of when I was sitting off the coast of Libya and also when we were going through the Strait of Gibraltar. Which is narrow strait that connects the Atlantic Ocean to the Mediterranean Sea and separates Gibraltar and Peninsular Spain in Europe from Morocco and Ceuta (Spain) in Africa.
This is like the rain gear we use to have to wear over are uniforms.
This is a reminder of the two week notice, we got before we were getting deployed. Talk about some mad individuals.
On my way from over seas, I had to stop and stay in Spain before I flew back to the US. We had to stay in big tints like this. It was like a big tint city. Hundereds of tints set up for service men and women to stay in.
