I chose a religious theme because I think religious paintings are very interesting to think about the meaning. My paintings will show different happenings in the Catholic religion.

I think this painting is about when Jesus came back from the dead and revealed himself to the people and how happy they were when they saw he was back. The medium is oil on canvas. I chose this because it is a good example of how the people reacted to Jesus' resurrection. The style is a historical painting it shows one of the important moments in Jesus' life.
