Composition in blue, red, black and white tones .Shaded setting volume, color areas and sinuous lines. It depicts a parade, in a large avenue, seen from above. Street crossing diagonally left to right, front to back of the composition, three cars are paranding and several figures like a samba school. Flanking the street from the left to the e left the street to the back of the composition, several skyscrapers, and people watching the parade and ballons can be seen in some of them. Lines crossing the composition suggesting party streamers flying. Light areas also cross the composition as if they were lighting flares.
