The building used by the Korea Overseas Development Corporation was located in 128 Yeongeon-dong, Jongro-gu, Seoul. Constrcuted in 1977, the buidling was well-known as the work of Kim Swoo Geun, a prominent Korean architect. The building housed the headquarters of the Korea Overseas Development Corporation as well as the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) until 2008. In 2008, KOICA moved to its new headquarters in Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do.
