Badin, Raoul Édouard (X 1900 ; 1879-1963)

After an early career as a pilot, he participated with Henri Fabre in the construction of the first seaplane in 1910. Subsequently, he created a study workshop for the development of measuring instruments for air navigation, and invented the "Badin airspeed indicator" (speedometer) which will make its reputation.
