The painting belongs to a group of works of the artist clearly inspired by the "Space Race" (1955-1975). This dispute for the occupation of space fought between the USA and USSR during the Cold War was followed by the whole world and yielded reports, studies, debates, and many "narratives". And Waldomiro narrates the facts with complete freedom.
